  這個項目是一個老舊的廠房改造的幼兒園；這個樓棟建筑是一個6層建筑；單層的建筑在1300平米左右；作為幼兒園的空間使用只能使用部分樓層；一至三層的建筑是可以作為幼兒園的教學活動空間上使用的；四層則作為該幼兒園的輔助空間；會議室、辦公室、財務、餐廳、廚房等更能場所；

我們去建筑現場勘踏時；業主剛剛對建筑外觀涂刷玩不久、不太像對建筑物進行大的改動；我們在設計時根據原建筑的分割線進行局部的顏色涂刷、通過色彩的乳膠漆、改變原來的咖啡色沉悶的色彩；是幼兒園的空間與其他的建筑外觀有些不同

                                                                           由于原建筑是一個廠房空間；建筑物的空間的開間、進深比較大；局部采光受到了很大的印象；一層的大部分空間被業主作為商鋪對外出租；施工時商鋪還在正常營業；

                                                                           這就為我們教室的下水改造帶來麻煩；在設計時就要將下水管道回避掉
